Luckily the winds didn't pick up until later in the day yesterday. Our little tent can't handle those strong gusts. We'd like to give a big Mahalo to all those that came out and got their DE.HI fix on. In the next week or two we will be experimenting with pork as we look to add that into the DE.HI lineup of crispy jerky. Once we perfect that, we're looking to move on to chicken. I know many have asked if we can do fish, but due to the texture it may be hard to get it to the crispy perfection that you've all become accustomed to with our beef jerky but if anyone has ideas for a good type of fish that can hold, please let us know.
